And they're bringing free lunch

There's no such thing as a free lunch, say all the people who have no idea where to look for a free lunch. Brindleyplace is the, erm, place this week as Buenos Aires-inspired restaurant CAU will be bringing the barbecued beef, prior to their March 21st Birmingham opening.

CAU (which stands for Carne Argentina Unica) is the cooler younger sister of high-end steak joint Gaucho. They'll be handing out steak sandwiches and burgers from an outdoor charcoal grill, next to their new Brum HQ, which is riiiiight...

Here! (We'd like to thank the yellow arrow for it's pivotal help)

This Friday, March 11, between 12pm and 2pm (or until they run out) CAU will be handing out steak sangers to all and sundry, while this Saturday (March 12) between 1pm and 3pm (or, you guessed it, until they've run out) they'll be switching to burgers. Either way, the food's free, so the price is right. We'll be the ones queueing for a third a time.

Follow CAU Brum on Twitter or visit their website for more. Their menu is well worth a look-see n'all.
